How your order gets to you, and what happens if something is wrong.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the Philippines, and offer same-day delivery around Davao City as well as pickup from our Obrero store.

Davao City

Same-day delivery is available around Davao through Grab and Maxim. The booking fare is shouldered by the customer and quoted before dispatch. Cut-off times depend on rider availability.

Nationwide

Nationwide orders ship with J&T Express. We dispatch twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders paid after a dispatch day go out on the next one. Transit times are set by the courier and are typically two to five working days depending on your location.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on orders of ₱999 and above. Below that, the courier rate is quoted with your order total before you pay.

Store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from N. Torres St. cor. Alzate Ext., Obrero, Davao City, a short walk from USEP. We are open Thursday to Tuesday, 10 AM to 10 PM, and closed on Wednesdays. Please let us know in advance so we can set your items aside.

How we pack

Bottles and jars are bubble-wrapped and boxed. We are careful with liquids and glass, but couriers handle parcels beyond our control, so we ask that you record an unboxing video for any order containing glass.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs, plus your unboxing video if you have one. If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrived broken or leaking, we will replace it or refund it in full, including the return cost where a return is needed.

Change of mind

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on beauty, skincare or food products once a seal is broken. Unopened items in their original condition may be exchanged within seven days of delivery, with return shipping shouldered by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, normally within seven working days of us agreeing the refund.
