Our promise

Every product we sell is genuine, bought in Japan, and checked before it reaches the shelf. If we cannot verify an item, we do not stock it.

How we source

We buy our stock in Japan rather than through third-party resellers. That is the whole reason this shop exists. Buying Japanese beauty in the Philippines has too often meant grey imports, resealed boxes and prices that move week to week, and doing the sourcing ourselves is how we avoid that.

How we verify

Each item is matched against its Japanese label and its batch code before it goes on sale. Batch codes tell us where and when a product was made, which is the most reliable way to confirm an item is genuine and still within date.

Japanese packaging

Because our products are intended for the Japanese domestic market, packaging and instructions are usually in Japanese. That is a sign you are holding the real thing, not a re-export. We are happy to talk you through directions for use for anything you buy.

One honest price

Prices are set once. They are not adjusted per customer or per chat thread.

If anything about an item you received seems off, message us with photographs and your batch code and we will check it against our own records. If we got it wrong, we will make it right.
